- Licenced bar (one of the few halls in the area to have a bar)

- 2 sets of double doors leading to a large patio (4m wide x 9m long) together with an adjoining grass strip. Beyond these are playing fields, which do not form part of the hall and are managed by Woburn Parish Council)

- Free car parking space (space for approx. 65 cars) in front and at the side of the hall
