Hall Hire Fees:
- Full Day Hire (9am to 11pm): £350
- Day Hire (9am to 5pm): £180
- Evening Hire (6pm to 11pm): £180
- Special rate for children’s parties at weekends (1pm to 5pm): £60. Bookings outside of these hours may be charged at our normal day rate.
- In addition to hire fees, we charge a Security Deposit of £100 per hire – this is refunded afterwards, provided the hall is left in a secure and satisfactory condition
- Use of our tables, chairs and kitchen facilities are automatically included in all hires without any additional charge
Cancellation Fees:
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event by the hirer, a cancellation fee equal to the full fee will apply.
- Cancellations over 14 days but less than 3 months before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the fees due.
- Cancellations 3 months or more before the event will be refunded in full
Additional Bar Hire Fees:
Bar staff hire is charged in addition to hall hire:
£50 per bar person for 4 hours (additional hours charged pro rata)
- Up to 40 guests will require 1 x bar staff (£50)
- 40 – 80 guests will require 2 x bar staff (£100)
- 80+ guests will require 3 x bar staff (£150)
PLEASE NOTE: Our bar is stocked with standard spirits and beers/lagers (cans and bottles – no draught) as well as low or no alcohol beers, gin and rum. We will always endeavour to accommodate specific requests.
Alternatively, we charge a Corkage Fee of £200 if you wish to bring your own alcoholic drinks instead of using our bar.
Hirers are NOT permitted to bring their own alcohol if a bar is included in your booking.
