We only use personal data to enable us to provide services for people wanting to book use of the Village Hall. This includes personal information such as names, addresses and contact details.
Our hall also has 24/7 CCTV monitoring for the purposes of public safety, crime prevention and monitoring compliance with our hiring terms and conditions.
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Embedded content from other websites
This site uses embedded content from Hallmaster Limited, who operate our online booking system. Please visit their site to check their Privacy Policy. Their policy is also provided as a link from their initial booking page.
Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with
Information entered for hall bookings via our online calendar is held on our behalf by Hallmaster Limited. This is held in a secure database and is used only by the Bookings Officer or other administrators to manage your booking requests.
Online payments are handled on our behalf by Square. Their privacy policy can be viewed here. Your card details are not held on this site nor by Hallmaster, but are sent directly and securely to Square.
Users of the contact form will have their data sent via email to the Bookings Officer.
As an anti-spam measure we use Akismet to review contact form contents. The Akismet Privacy Policy can be found here.
CCTV data is held on a recorder in a secure area of the hall and can only be viewed by designated Officers of the Management Committee. It is not shared with anyone else unless we are required to do so for legal reasons.
How long we retain your data
Data entered in our contact form is held on our system for 18 months before being deleted.
Data entered for the purposes of hiring the hall is retained for as long as is required to service your booking and to satisfy accounting and regulatory purposes. Bookings, once completed, are deleted after 18 months.
CCTV footage is retained for 6 weeks and then deleted.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for accounting, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Contact form data is checked through an automated spam detection service, then emailed to the Booking Officer.
All data entered into our Booking system is held securely on our behalf by Hallmaster Limited and is stored within the UK.
Online payment information is sent over a secure link to our payment processor Square.
